Cap and Trade

Well,  I hear that Cap and Trade has passed. Whatever that is. The reason that it has a vague name is because our leaders in D.C. don't want the peasants to know that it is really a big tax increase. Our utility bills will go up a lot. Maybe $200 a month. The leaders figure that since the bill comes from the utility company that the dumb peasants will blame "big electricity" or "big natural gas" or "big telephone." They will hold hearings to try to find out what is going on. They think you will be fooled again. Me, I've been fooled 1,000 times by these guys.
Our president said "no new taxes", actually 90% will get a tax cut. I'm still waiting for Bill Clinton's middle class tax cut. As I said I've been fooled 1,000 times. But not going for 1,001.
