Virginia Beach Car Crash During Morning Rush

During the Monday morning rush, an SUV collided with a small car near the intersection of Oceana Boulevard and Bells Road in Virginia Beach. According to investigators and local news sources, the car was stopped at a red light when the SUV crashed into it. The force of the crash caused the car to flip over into a nearby ditch.
