What that BAC number means in a Virginia drunk driving case

• Slurred speech
• Poor coordination
• Thought processes like reasoning and problem solving affected

 

BAC of 0.15

• Seriously impaired muscle control
• Vomiting, unless you have a tolerance for alcohol
• Major balance impairment
