Premises Liability Case
A cafeteria owner in Virginia Beach sold his operation to an individual for cash together with a deferred obligation for the balance. The purchaser sued the owner for fraud and rescission and defaulted on the note. Michael Weisberg, on behalf of the original owner, sued on the note.
