What are the gorunds for divorce in Virginia?

 

A: Virginia recognizes a number of “fault” grounds for divorce, which consist of adultery, felony convictions, physically cruel behavior and desertion for one year. The Commonwealth also recognizes a no-fault, statutory ground for divorce.
